Efficiency from start to finish
Out on the construction site, it is imperative that your compressed air supply operates seamlessly and, above all, dependably. Our mobile rotary screw compressors and portable reciprocating compressors provide efficient compressed air generation whenever you need it, wherever you need it.
This is true regardless of whether it’s a small-scale construction project or a more complex operation involving structural and civil engineering works. KAESER has set itself the task of always to being able to find the best solution for every individual compressed air requirement. Our goal: Highest possible efficiency, maximum performance and complete service- and user-friendliness. Don’t waste time. Put your trust in KAESER.
Compressors tailored to your application
Portable compressors require high operational flexibility so that they may be used for a multitude of applications in a variety of environments. Here, factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, working pressure, elevation, and load cycle profile all play a decisive role.
Our compressors can be equipped with a wide range of options to meet any requirement, no matter how demanding. Our product portfolio ranges from compressed air treatment components, such as filters and compressed air aftercoolers, to numerous chassis versions and variants equipped with a generator for simultaneous supply of compressed air and electricity.
Everything at a glance: TELEMATICS
Using professional condition monitoring, portable compressors can be continuously monitored and any changes quickly detected. This enables early reaction in the event of errors and signs of wear, thereby increasing the service life of the compressor, preventing malfunctions and saving costs.
Important data are available wherever and whenever needed: Operating data display, GPS localisation or detailed machine data can all be accessed remotely!
TELEMATICS condition monitoring from KAESER brings Industrie 4.0 to the construction site. Following approval of the data usage contract, we equip our portable compressors with a factory-fitted modem and connect them to the Telematics portal. The integrated SIGMA CONTROL SMART and SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL 2 compressor controllers gather and process all operating data, which they subsequently forward to the TELEMATICS portal. Central monitoring and processing of operating messages is performed in the dashboard and enables the following remote functionality: Operating data display, messages and reports, machine localisation via GPS, maintenance scheduling, system overview and detailed machine data, fleet management, and GeoLeash.
Interesting facts
FAQs, facts and useful insights about the construction site
In comparison to electrically operated tools, air tools have numerous advantages: They are lighter, more user-friendly, safer, more powerful, and simpler to maintain.
A significant plus is that a single compressor can be used to power multiple tools. This removes the requirement for individual power sources. Moreover, the use of compressed air technology significantly increases the efficiency of a construction site.
Pneumatic tools work more quickly then their electric counterparts and enable tasks to be completed in a shorter time. This in turn results in more rapid project completion, thereby reducing overall costs considerably. What’s more, air tools are more durable and less susceptible to overheating. This increases their service life and reduces maintenance costs.
- Longer tool service life
- Less prone to overheating
- Reduced maintenance costs
- Increased efficiency on the construction site
Compressed air systems are more sustainable and environmentally friendly than other energy sources. Why? KAESER compressors operate with high efficiency and are therefore particularly energy-saving. Since a compressor can be used for a multitude of applications, they remove the need to operate multiple electronic devices with their own power supply.
What’s more, our compressors are exceptionally long-lasting and low-maintenance. This reduces the probability of mechanical failure. Maintenance work and expenditure is reduced and important resources saved. This makes KAESER compressors a sustainable choice that will improve your environmental footprint.
